Customs Process and Guidelines:

After purchasing a custom from this listing you will need to email info@sunmi-co.com with your order number and a description of the kind of custom you would like. (Please see guidelines below for the color ways, logos, brand names, etc. to choose from) You may send us reference photos from our instagram of products we have made in the past to replicate but please know that all products are 1 of 1. Meaning we will be able to curate a similar custom but it will not be exactly the same! We kindly ask for your trust in that you give us a general framework for your custom while leaving room for creative freedom. <3

Custom turn around time is 4-6 weeks. You will receive an email from us confirming your order immediately after you purchase, another email when we officially start on your custom and a final email when we finish along with shipping confirmation and tracking. Feel free to contact to us at any time if you have any additional questions or need any clarification about your customs process. If you have not received an email within 4-6 weeks indicating that we have started on your custom please reach out and let us know. 

Logos and Names Brands

We can do any sports team, college wear, fictional character, and pretty much any artist for the main focus of your custom. For name brands we can do the following: Adidas, Champion, Carhartt, and Nike. Please note that you may request a logo such as "Nike Spellout" but it does not guarantee that you will get a full vintage spellout logo due to limited sourcing. What is guaranteed is that your upcycled custom hoodie will absolutely have "Nike" branding on it that is seamlessly incorporated into the rest of your piece! Outside of these logo, graphic, and brand name options we are open to more creative ideas, but to ensure that we can execute you will have to email us inquiring about your specific request BEFORE purchasing and get emailed confirmation from us that your request is within our realm of possibility. 

If you would like for us to upcycle some of your own preloved garments in a new custom hoodie by all means include this in your email description after purchasing and we will send you an address to send your garments to. We would love nothing more than to see your vision come to life from clothes, blankets, etc. that need new life breathed into them. :)

Colorways: 

When emailing us a description of your custom design request please include up to 4 general colors you would like in your custom. Examples of general colors are: light blue, dark green, pink, beige, light brown, etc. Please do not request extremely specific colors that we may not be able to source. Since all materials are sourced second hand we cannot always find an extremely specific color like "lighting yellow". Again, we ask for your trust!!

Materials:

For right now we are offering normal sweatshirt material / flannel fabric to be incorporated in customs. If you would like for your piece to have flannel fabric in it please indicate that in your email post purchase!
